Land Acknowledgement

It is essential to honour their enduring connection to this land, its waters, and its resources.

As a mental health counsellor, I recognize the historical and ongoing impacts of colonization on Indigenous communities, and commit to listening to and learning from Indigenous voices, respecting their wisdom, and advocating for social justice.
